* Gail is very professional and does not push you into something you don't want.  She doesn't mind letting you take a lot of time to search.  We have been searching for years and she never makes us feel like we are taking up her time.  She is always ready and willing to show us the next house.  In addition, she points out things in the house that need looking into and she looks into them within the next 24 hours.  She is not trying to sell you a house that you don't want and nor will she sell you a house that has problems that you may not notice.

* My wife and I were moving from CT to NC and we needed a realtor who could/would work with us long distance. They needed to determine our likes and dislikes via email and have property ready for us to look at in a very short period of time because we could only be in the area a week at a time. Gail  did a wonderful job doing this. She was able to maximize our time and had many places for us to look at each trip.
